Radial force cancellation of bearingless brushless direct current motor using integrated winding configuration

چکیده

A bearingless brushless direct current (BLDC) motor incorporates the function of magnetic bearings into a BLDC motor, making it new type high-performance motor. In this paper, main windings are used to generate radial force cancellation by injecting required dc current, “integrated winding configuration”. The (DC) system model is established with aid (ANSYS/MAXWELL) software. simulation results confirm that rotor approximately zero and from balanced distribution flux density. proposed DC excitation suitable realize in configuration show approach integrating at different active pole positions find more efficient suspension performance reduce suspensions current.
